Product Information Bulletins

Back to Virtual Library

So, what is a PIB? The letters stand for Product Information Bulletin. Any time a new option, paint color or whatever was made available, Chrysler would issue a PIB to alert dealership employees of the new products. Some PIBs cover several new products / options, and occasionally they will mention that items are no longer available. They cover Mod Tops, Recall wheels and Tortoise grain vinyl tops as examples. We just added eleven more 1969 PIBS thanks to Will Rupprecht, we will add more as they come available.
