Fender Tag Decoding
NOTE: This service is
currently available for 1969 - 1974 Hamtramck & 1970
LA built cars only.
 You
will receive a personalized document with your name and
VIN with all of your fender tag code meanings spelled out.
Originals will be signed and dated by me.
| Pricing depends on your tag. Most of
the plainer models have 4 lines of codes or less, while
cars like R/Ts and AARs for example will have more codes.
Here are the prices: |
- Tag decode for cars with 4 lines of code or less
- $15.00
- Tag decode for cars with five lines or more -
$20.00
- Return postage is included in the price. Canadian
orders add $1.50 for postage. Other countries please
add $3.00 for postage.

Decode will be shipped in a large business
envelope. A typical tag decode may be one or two pages long.
Personal checks are fine if you are inside the US. For
foreign orders, all payments must be in US funds, either
cashiers checks or international postal money orders, I
do not accept Paypal for services.
To order, mail a legible fender tag photo & a rubbing.
If the tag is rusty & has some codes incomplete or missing,
I can usually figure them out, but sent a broadcast sheet
copy as well if you have it.
